Community Visioning
For several years, Castle & Cooke Homes Hawai`i has been working with residents and leaders of neighboring communities to learn their hopes and dreams for a new community. We’ve talked with representatives from schools and churches, senior citizens groups and youth soccer leagues, neighborhood associations and neighborhood businesses.
We’ve engaged this group in an ongoing discussion about the desired features and layouts of a new community.
And then, to the greatest extent possible, we set out to build a community that matches the vision, needs and dreams of Hawai`i families.
We call this the community visioning process, and it’s about investing the time to get it right.
